2. In your refund request email, provide the following details:

– Any relevant supporting documentation or information

3. Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it promptly.

4. Refunds are only available within 7 days of payment. After this period, refunds, partial refunds, or denials are at our discretion, as we have already commenced work on the specific case preparation. 

Refund Processing Time

AGS Welt aims to process refunds as efficiently as possible. Refunds will typically be processed within 10 working days from the date of receiving a valid refund request.

Refunds may be issued in accordance with the following conditions:

– If we are unable to provide the services for which you have made payment due to unforeseen circumstances or if the services are canceled by AGS Welt.

– If there is an overpayment or duplicate payment for our services.
